Driven by a profound passion for equitable healthcare access, Dr. Mangoya has dedicated his career to developing health policies that support expanded access to healthcare services while ensuring equitable and sustainable resource allocation for health systems strengthening. His work embodies a commitment to addressing the intricate challenges faced by underserved communities in accessing quality healthcare.

Armed with a medical degree from the prestigious University of Zimbabwe, Dr. Mangoya further honed his skills with an MPH in Health Policy and Management from the University of Pretoria, and an MSc in Applied Health Economics from the University of South Wales. This multidisciplinary background equips him with a comprehensive understanding of healthcare dynamics, policy frameworks, and economic principles crucial for driving impactful change in the healthcare landscape.

Currently, Dr. Mangoya serves as a distinguished public health specialist for an HIV/AIDS prevention program in Namibia. In this role, he leverages his expertise to design and implement strategies that not only combat the spread of HIV/AIDS but also contribute to broader health system improvements.
