  • Managing Partners

Ms Cebsile Bhembe
Ms. Cebsile Bhembe
Business Consultant
Ms. Cebsile Bhembe is a Business Consultant specializing in Personal Development Training, Strategic Planning, Leadership, Risk Management as well as Management Systems and Product Standards Implementation, Training and Auditing services. She has offered consultancy, auditing and training services to a number of organizations in Eswatini, South Africa and Namibia as well as public speaking engagements and delivered seminars to the public at large.
With approximately fifteen years of experience in the Standards and Business Continuity sphere, Ms. Bhembe works closely with MSMEs (Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises), offering a hand-holding experience to assist them with market access strategies as well as meeting product conformity requirements, mainly in Swaziland, South Africa and Namibia to ensure that products meet International Quality and Food Safety requirements. Ms. Bhembe holds a BSc degree in Biochemistry and Microbiology, MSc in Leadership and Change as well as a Certificate in Human Resource Management. She has worked for the Ministry of Health, responsible for laboratory and clinical research in Malaria as well as the implementation of laboratory management systems.

    • A member of Technical Committee under the Eswatini Standards Authority responsible for the development of the National Food Hygiene She has served as the vice chairperson for the Southern African Development Community Cooperation in Measurement Traceability as well as served as a member of the ISO and SADC committees for Conformity Assessment (CASCO).
